Local Files not showing up on iphone

On my computer, I synced all my songs into to local files on my spotify app, however they do not show up on my phone's app. It simply says 0 songs.

Spotify does not work on Bluesound anymore.

Can't play anything on any mobile device

I can't play anything on either my iPad or my HTC, no matter how many times I redownload the app. It doesn't show the can't play track banner, it just freezes and sometimes crashes afterwards. Also, the tracks on a playlist appear gray and not white....
