Trouble logging into account

I am having trouble logging into my account on the Spotify app on my iPhone. I am able to log in on my iPad in the Spotify app, but not on my iPhone. I have reset the password and country as I have recently moved. I restarted my iPhone and deleted and re-downloaded the spotify app numerous times. As I do the same password and username trying to log into Spotify on my iPhone, it is still coming up with "login failed". How can I fix this?

I am having the same issue. Every time I get a new phone or for whatever reason I need to log back into the app, I receive an incorrect password error. So I reset the password and I am able to log in on the web. But once I go back into the app, same error.

Hey @Bellechery, sorry you're having this issue! When typing in your password, are you able to test typing your password into the username box to make sure it all looks good?

Are you also able to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the App Store?
