Trouble playing Spotify on iPhone SE

My Question or Issue

Spotify Community, when I try to play songs on my iPhone, the song plays for a few seconds as a circle completes around the song, then it stops playing. Can you tell me why this is happening and what can be done to fix it. I've already logged out of Spotify on my computer and reinstalled the app on my phone. Thanks

Hey @CharlieWH, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try using a different internet connection? If that doesn't help, then could you try another clean reinstall of the app following these steps


Also, what is the software version of your iPhone SE? You can check by going to Settings > General > About.
