Trouble with premium account

I have a premium account and I payed for the month of august. When I log in, it says that I didn't pay and it only give me the option to go back to the regular account.

Hey there @isaavalle!

 

It's possible that the payment did not go through. Do you have a finalized charge from Spotify on your account or is it a pending charge?

It did go through. The charge appears on the bank account statement.

Since it's showing up as an actual charge on your account, I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form


If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
