Unable to delete one song in library

The last/first song in my songs library is not budging. It is not giving me the option to even remove it on mobile, only to save, which adds a duplicate of it that I can delete, or to queue it. When I click the X to remove it inmy laptop it doesn't disappear and if I click to a different section and come back to songs, the song is still there! This has been going on for months and I just want this song out of my library already. Please help.
