Unable to play offline

Hi ,since upgrading to premium I am unable to play any content offline.

I have the Spotify app also installed in my car which I use to play any music without a problem although it was interrupted every 30 mins with adverts.

i have tried toggling the offline mode but this dosnt make any difference.

I preferred it before premium ,

Am I missing something or do I have to do other changes in settings ?
