I have tried previously mentioned methods, such as following the instructions on Spotify webpage and turning off the firewall for spotify. However, the songs are still unable to be downloaded. These songs are not listed in spotify so it's that why they cannot be sync onto my spotify playlist since they do not exist in the spotify music base?
