Unable to use Spotify premium on iPhone

Hello, I've recently encountered a problem where I am able to utilize my Spotify premium on my iPad, but not on my iPhone. I have attempted to both relog and reinstall the app, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Same happened to me. I have not been able to get past a Spotify screen. It won't play. May be since I0s8 upgrade on my Iphone 5s. I am going to try Grooveshark in meantime. May be time to cancel my sub.

Yeah! I went to settings, changed region to UK, then started up Spotify and it opened!. Then changed region back to English, and it opened again. Problem solved.
