I had the 48 hour free trial which expired so purchased the unlimited. However cannot access anything. Using spotify via my iPhone, does this make a difference? What can I do?

The 48 hour trial was a trial for the premium subscription -- not the unlimited.

To use the Spotify mobile apps, you need a premium subscription.

You can compare each plan here:

You can upgrade to premium via your subscription page
