Unrecognised playlists playing without permission or order

For the past few months, some indian songs started showing up in my playlists without me hearing or listening to indian songs and it is ruining my playlists and preferences.
Yesterday i was driving and without me trying to move into another playlist it moved to an Indian playlist repeatedly and i dont know what i need to do to solve it

But is there anyway i can erase the playlists i dont want? I mean spotify made ones

Could you share one such playlist so we can have a look at it and propose a nice workaround?

There is currently no way to remove the playlists made for you as the app continuously creates new ones, which take the place of the old ones.
