Updated mobile app, no longer Premium user

Updated mobile app, no longer Premium user

I have been a Spotify Premium user for over five or six months and have never had this problem until a recent update to the mobile application. 

 

The problem is that although I am a paid premium user, when I try to use the latest version of Spotify on my iPhone or iPad, it gets rid of my mosto f my playlists and does not allow me to stream songs that I search for and prompts me to upgrade to Premium in order to do so.

 

I have waited for a week for an update but nothing has fixed the issue and I was hoping it could be resolved here.

 

P.S. I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times

Are you sure you are logging in using the correct details and your subscription is active?

You can check by logging into your online overview.
