Upgraded but could not use the Premium

Hi,


I'm Annie.I bought the Premium student discount last Friday (06/16/16) but it did not work. I am a student in High school and I did not know that this process is just for the student in college so I pay it by my credit card.Although i have already charged it, I still not have the Premium version. Please take a look and fix my problem. Thank you.

Hey @anhchuppa,

 

Weird that it shows 'none' as payment method.

 

Try logging out of the app in your device, and be sure to use your username (anhchuppa), instead of your email address or anything else, to login to your account.

 

Hopefully that'll do it.

If that's the case, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
