Voice memos not loading on iphone

So for the past 5 years or so, my friends and I have been making really dumb songs on the voice memos app of my iphone. At one point I was able to play them on my iphone on spotify after I converted them to Itunes and had them in my local files and then downloaded them onto a playlist. But now the songs wont' play, they're just faded and wheni touch to play them on my spotify app nothing happens. How can get I get them to play again?
