Volume is way too low

My Question or Issue

The volume level has decreased to the point of not being able to listen to music on the tube anymore.

Alexa devices have to be on 60/70% for decent volume whereas radio etc is on 30%.

In car stereo is awful too, has to be around 80% so you can imagine what happens when someone calls. Ears... speakers.. blown.

What's the deal? I haven't got normalisation, eq etc on. Tried them, boost EQ etc, no change.
