My Question or Issue

My iPhone volume is at 0 but Bluetooth speaker is still playing and too loud. I can turn the volume up with my phone controls and I can turn it down as well, but when my iPhone gets to 0, the music is still loud. I do not have volume sliders in the app at all. app version 9.1.0.  I have cleared cache, offloaded, deleted, restarted, and reinstalled. I have also logged out of the app twice in a row.

Hi there @KimV80,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get the speaker volume back under control again.

We've established in a previous thread that due to some changes to iOS, volume on Connect devices needs to be controlled from the volume slider within the app instead of the hardware buttons on the phone itself. We tested this gain just now and this is still the case, within the Connect picker menu you can find the slider to control the volume.
