Waiting to download

I have tried everything I know, but many of my playlist will not fully download to offline. The playlist will get about 80-80 percent complete and then just indefinitely freeze. Please help.

Do you have enough free space on your device?

I recommend you to reinstall the Spotify app, let me know if the reinstall worked.

If you have iOS you can use a trick to free up some space on your iPhone. Watch this video tutorial.

If you have Android you can install CCleaner and clean some useless files to free up some space.
