Way to prevent duplicates in playlists.

Just purchse premium subscription. Logging in through Facebook. Downloaded Spotify on Windows laptop. Downloaded Spotify on iPhone 6. Connected iPhone 6 to laptop with a sync cable. iPhone 6 is not showing up under device. Tried repeatedly, no luck. BTW, No iTunes loaded on this laptop. Please help.

Hello @hlausea, welcome to the community!

To sync you need to connect them to the same Wifi network, and have Spotify open on both devices, follow the steps in this post 🙂 After you connect them to the same Wifi it should show up under devices, no cable needed 🙂

My computer and my iPhone are connected to my home wifi. My iPhone is not listed under Devices. Nothing is listed under Devices. Is there an additional step to connect Spotify app to the wifi?

@hlausea Hello! Just to make sure, are you logged into the same account on both devices as well as both have Spotify open and running?

Yes, I'm logged in on both the computer and the iPhone Spotify apps through my Facebook account. I still don't see my iPhone under Devices. There's nother under Devices.
