I don't know - however, you cannot access an unjailbroken's iPhone's files. There is no app such as ES File Explorer. You will not be able to access them anyway. Therefore, even if you knew where the files it would likely be of no use.

Also to note - they are not stored as audio MP3's etc so you will not be able to take them and use them anyways (if you wanted to do that)
