Where do songs go when unstarred?

I have been saving albums straight to starred which is silly, I know, but I'm not doing it anymore, but now I'm un starring those songs, where do they go?

Starring an album simply adds the tracks to a special starred playlist. Removing the star from a track, removes it from your playlist.

So, if I saved an album to the starred playlist, when I unstar that album, it is deleted from my iPod.

You can only synch local files to the ipod so you won't lose any music by unstarring. You can always perform a manual synch by following the instructions here, should you need to.
