Why are songs playing that are not in my playlist with auto play off

My Spotify keeps playing songs not in my playlist even though auto play is turned off. The playlist is more and an hour and a half long so this shouldn’t be happening. It’s very annoying, and I have to use all my skips to get to a song actually on the playlist.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

It's possible that you have Smart Shuffle / Enhance toggled on for that playlist. Both features will add song recommendations to the queue/playlist. To disable them:

• Enhance: open the playlist and tap the Enhanced button.
  
• Smart Shuffle: open the playlist, tap the Shuffle button and switch to regular play/shuffle.

My Question or Issue

I have a set playlist but recently songs that are not on it are being played. Also songs are being skipped.

I’m experiencing the same issue on iOS, latest version of the app and I’m on the latest iOS. I’ve restarted my app multiple times. It should also be noted that the songs aren’t playing in order on the playlist either…

I’m in USA and have a paid plan.

My shuffle is disabled and nowhere do i find the anhanced button, yet spotify keeps playing songs that aren't in my playlists. What do i do?

Spotify absolutely SUCKS!!! Just let us play our playlist and leave it alone. But no, they can't do that.
