Why can´t i hear the music i downloaded with Spotify Premium?

So recently with my 2 iphones the 6 and the 5S i can´t hear the music i downloaded.

I have Premium and i can download the music  and it says it´s downloaded.

I have the green arrow  but when i try to listen to any music with the WIFI off its says i need to be online to hear the music.

I tested it out on android phones and it works normally.

Can some help me?

Sorry for the delay! Alright, could you try these steps:

  1. Head to your account
  2. Click 'Offline Devices' in the sidebar
  3. Click 'Remove all devices'
  4. Reinstall the Spotify app
  5. Download your playlists again

Could you let me know if that solves your problem?

It kinda works if i get online and use the account and set it offline and turn the wifi off it works but if i close the app and then open it again it doesn´t works.

Alright, let's take a look. Could you give me the following details:

  • iOS version
  • Spotify version
  • Device model

Also, could you try to reinstall the app and see if it works then? Let me know!

The IOS version is 10.2.1

The Spotify version is 7.6.0

The device is the iPhone 5S

I have reinstalled the app like 5 times and it didn't work

I have 12,31 GB left

And my playlist has 275 songs

Still waiting for a answer.
