Spotify keeps adding songs to my playlist with this green box and 2 diamond like images. They also have a plus and minus symbol with them, but when I minus them, other songs appear

Go to the top of your "Liked Songs" playlist and tap on the "Enhance" button to turn this off. It looks like you have turned this feature on.
