Why does my count list not work in my bmw?

Up until recently, my spotlight app was working well in my BMW. However, recently, the total track count list is showing as zero, and I can't seem to get it to show the total track number like it used to. Does anybody have any ideas?

Do you know if this happened wtih the latest update or if any BMW firmware was updated?

I think it has been since the latest update. The bmw software certainly hasn't been updated.

I've tried uninstalling the app and re installing but to no avail.

I am also referring to downloaded tracks here as well.
