Hey @12158561341! Help's at hand.

Looks like you're on an iPad. It'd be good to know exactly what version of the device you're using, though.

We'd suggest going to your iPad's Settings > General > Software Update to check if it needs an iOS update. If it does, leave it on charge and allow it to update.

Once you've done that, follow these steps.

Then reopen the app; you should now see the latest version of Spotify on this device, and any of the latest updates will be visible on the navigation.

I'm experiencing this on my iPad Pro as well... running iOS 11.1.1. It's driving me crazy, too.
