Why have I paid for Premium but can't use any of it's features? Can't find anywhere contact direct

I have been paying for Spotify Premium for 2 months now and can't use any of it's facilities or features. Please help me........

You may want to check why your features are not there by checking a few items here.

 

If it's still a gray area for you on why you're not seeing your Premium features, a good chat with the folks at Spotify can help look the right account that has been paid for. I suggest that you reach out to them here, on Twitter with the @SpotifyCares handle, or on their Facebook page.
