Every time I type in my log-in information and tap "log in" a message pops up that says "you have already registered an account with that E-mail address" and I'm a little confused because I'm logging in and not creating a new account

Hi @TechnoGrizzly33,

 

If you try to set up a Spotify account but get a message that the email address is already taken, it’s likely you’ve signed up for an account before.

Since your email address is already registered, you can get access to the existing account by going to the Password Reset page. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password for the account 🙂
