Why isn't Spotify working on my iPhone 4?

Recently the Spotify app on my iPhone 4 stopped working. At first, it was just giving me the usual "Playlist not available offline" message. I tried redownloading the app and I also tried logging out and logging back in. Now, none of my music or playlists will load. Nothing will load at all, not even the browse section. I know nothing is wrong with my account, because I can still use the spotify app downloaded onto my laptop. Does anyone know what exactly is going on and/or how to fix it?
