Why my playlist won't syn

Hi can u tell me why I cannot download my playlist and listen to offline ? I pay 9.99 per month and I have to waste my 3G data just to stream the music . Getting frustrated!!!'

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Are you getting any error messages at all?

What iOS version and Spotify version are you running?

It's worth trying a quick Clean reinstallation of Spotify just in case.

Are you trying to sync local files (.mp3s or similar from your PC) or songs on Spotify?

Hi Guys,

 

Firstly, sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place.

 

I am having a very strange problem with Spotify.

 

I can't get see any playlists on the iPhone app or the online player!

I have tried every restart/reinstall possible but with no luck.

 

It started today when I noticed that a new playlist was not showing on my Iphone that I had created on my laptop.

(The old playlists were still visable).

 

I tried creating a folder, still nothing. I then reinstalled the app on my iphone but now all the playlists are gone 😞

 

The online player just shows me a loading wheel going round and round when I click on the playlist area but no playlists.

 

I have another account and this is working fine on all devices so I guess the problem is not my end!

 

Would love to hear if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this.
