Why won't all of my radio stations work?

Why is it that sometimes (most of the time) when I try to listen to a certain radio station it doesn't work? It just says it is playing a song but it really isn't or it just keeps playing the song from the previous station. It is getting worse and worse as I listen to more and more music and it is getting very frustrating becuase more than half of my stations stop working all at the same time! Please can you tell me how to fix it?!
