Why won't my imported songs all load on my main playlist

On my Windows I've added a couple of local files and only one of them has loaded on my main playlist and it downloaded for offline. I added the rest to different playlists and on my Ipad it said there were no songs in them someone help!!

Hi,

Local Files work only on the device they are added, that's why they are called local.

Spotify won't sync them accross devices.

Thing is, that used to work via offline sync. Are you saying it flat out doesn’t work anymore?

Well he wants his music to be synced accross all of it's devices online but as we know it Local Files don't sync. They are available only to one device.
