Why won’t my music play when I click on it?

When I click on a song it will highlight green like it’s suppose to for all of 2 seconds and then without playing any music it will just disappear without me doing it. I have no idea what’s going on, I did everything these chats said to do and it’s not working, it’s frustrating because it just started doing this out of nowhere.

This issue could be related to cache stored on your device. We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble. 

If the issue persists, would you mind checking in the Web Player and a different device to see if it makes any difference? This will give us a better look at the issue to help you further. 

In case you’ve already tried this, could you let us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?
