Wierd iTunes playlist containing missing playlists

I have around 90 playlists (albums, really) with an average of 20 tracks on my iMac (OSX 10.8.2) but only around 50 of them are synced normally. The last 41 of them have ended up ind this iTunes-folder of which I know nothing about. I don't use iTunes - only for backing up my iPhone4 (iOS 6.0.1).

Does anyone know what that's all about??

I am having the same issue, will deleting the iTunes playlists also delete these nested playlists that shouldn't be nested in this iTunes playlist?

Spotify Support helped me sort out the problem. Apparently a configuration in their catalogues. In other words, I don't know what they did, but it worked

Thanks, I contacted support via the web form and within 24 hours they were able to rectify the issue for me.
