Ok so I discover the other day that I have been doubled charged for Spotify, one by Spotify for $9.99 and one by iTunes for 12.99, every single month for the last 2+ years!! When I call you know what I get, 2 months from apple back..... 2 MONTHS........OUT OF 2 YEARS!! I then google it only to be brought here where I see that this happens A LOT! Why? Why does this happen all the time? How in the world can these companies get away with taking advantage of their customers like this?? And then to refuse to give me MY MONEY BACK?!! It’s like some sick kind of joke!! This is just really sad, and I truly LOVED Spotify and would’ve been a life long member but if this is the thanks I get then no thanks!!!
