WillTransfer playlists to a new account

1. Log in at your old Spotify account on your desktop.
2. Choose a playlist which you'd like to move. Click and hold the title, and then drag it to your desktop.
3. Do this for all playlists you'd like to move.
4. Now you should have all your playlists on your desktop.
5. Log out from your old account and login on the new one.
6. Drag the playlists to the 'New Playlist' button.

THIS QUESTION IS FOR THE IPHONE/IPAD USERS...Since I am new...will this work for the songs I have on the "free" account on my IPAD? Or will I have to redo the entire list? I have the songs on my IPAD and want to continue to use the IPAD. Sorry  to be so confusing...
