Won't play a song on iphone

So I have spotify premium and all the songs play fine and in extreme and download fine too but I tried playing 1-800-273-8255 (a song) and it had the circle downloading logo for forever so i removed downloads from my phone and the song still wont play on my phone. I trid playing it on my laptop and it played fine but when i tried to select listen on devices > iphone it says it's playing on my phone but it's stuck to the exact time I last played it on my laptop and when i switch back to my laptop it continued playing. Help? Like it's only happening with this one particular song.
