Volume issue

Hi all, the volume buttom won't go up when i play spotify in my car. It will go down but never back up again. The volume button works fine when I am just using the radio so this suggests it's a spotify problem? Any help much appreciated. ThanksMark

No artist name

If I go to browse, new music and go down to new artists and singles, it only shows the name of the album so I have no idea who the album is by. How do I have it show the artist name as well?
