Wrong Facebook account associated with iphone Spotify App - can't re-login

I changed my facebook password, so had to reconnect in the app on my iphone. Somehow I connected to my wife's account and now it's impossible for me to log in on my facebook account in the spotify app. I pay for a premium membership so am really frustrated. When I log out on the spotify app and log in on facebook all it says is "You have already authorized Spotify" but it's connected to the wrong account! Why can't I log in with my own facebook account?

Can anybody help me?
