Wrong email address on my account

I created a Spotify account, which was linked to my Facebook account, so months ago and then I upgraded to Spotify Premium as part of my phones billing contract. I then deleted my Facebook account and I couldn't access my Spotify account, so I created a new account. When I made the new account I typed in my email address wrong and I can't change it back to my old, actual, email address because it tells me that email address is already in use. So therefore when I try to get help it tells me that they will contact me through '' which is impossible because it's not even an email address. I am so, so confused and have no idea how I could sort it, can someone please help me 😞
