can't download

can't download

I am premium member . now I can't download songs .it shows that remove all downloads from another device to listen offline . how should I do that

No worries, you can download your content by following the steps here


If after following those steps you're still unable to listen to your content offline, could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
