cant play playlist

I have spotify. It was working great and I love it. I went to play my playlist and I can see the songs but they are not bright in light and they wont play. I have never had this problem. If you hold it down it will start to play the song and then when you l et it go it stops. It will play whatever songs it wants to but I am frustrated with it and have tried evrything they said including upgrading to premium but it doe not work

that happens to me whenever i'm not connected to wifi or internet properly, is that your problem?
