downloads on my iphone are no longer there

i just went to look at the downloaded albums/playlists on my iphone - they are no longer there. what happened to them?? it's empty. not a single download is there.

yes i am on the latest version of the app and ios.

yes i have ample available storage.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community.

Would you mind letting us know if you've already tried a clean reinstall of the app? This will help clearing any cache that might be causing this issue and it's different than simply reinstalling. 

We'd also recommend making sure that you're not using any battery saving/task killing apps, as these could interfere with Spotify's cache.
