iOS Update deleted a lot of saved music

Hi Guys,

I updated my iPhone Spotify App last night to version 7.9.0. When I've gone to use it this morning, it has culled a lot of my saved music. Instead of entire artists being removed, just half to 3/4 of all artists have been deleted, and a lot of the downloaded music seems to be gone too (I'm on a premium subscription). They all seem to be present when I look at my music through the web player.

I've been building up these lists for a couple of years so I'm pretty keen to get them restored.
