iOS app crashing often after 1 minute of playing

Hello,

my problem started in the last week of September, probably after an update of the iOS app.

Whenever I launch the app, it crashes after 1 or 2 minutes letting me listen only to 1 song (90% of cases) or is very slow and laggy (10% of cases).

Considering this, being a premium user has become totally useless and frustrating. How can I solve the problem?

I have the latest version of the app and iOS 7.1.2 on an iPhone 4 with plenty of free space.

Does this happen over both 3/4G and cellular data?

Does it happen for local files and songs from the Spotify catalogue?

Does it happen when you're online and offline, or just one of these?

Yes, deleted the app and reinstalled it, and still the same problem.

It happens over 3G and wi-fi, whether i'm online or offline; I only have songs from the Spotify catalogue (I have like 7000 in the Songs folder).
