iPad doesn't recognize my premium account

iPad doesn't recognize my premium account

I screwed up my Facebook account & Spotify account. When I click on a playlist from Facebook it doesn't recognize that I have a premium account now. Can an admin help fix this please.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

If you merged your accounts my mistake; you should be able to go to Spotify desktop Edit>Preferences and press the button saying disconnect from facebook; so they will be separate again.

At that point; if you subscribed with a Spotify account then make sure to login with a username not facebook email.

 

If the accounts have merged and you can't fix it yourself; I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
