iPad trying to sleep? Loud click every 2/3 minutes ... Airplay ing to Bose

Playing from iPad 3 to Bose speaker through Bluetooth ...l loud click / jump in sound ... As if something is trying to go into sleep mode.

Any suggestions gratefully received ....
