iPhone 5 not reading as device

I have purchased music on my iTunes that I would like to listen to offline.

I am trying to sync it to my iPhone 5 but Spotify is not reading device and it reads fine with iTunes. (Spotify tells me to connect my phone)

What is the issue here? I tried reconnecting with the USB. I am running Spotify version 0.9.0.129g6978da9c if that helps.

You need to connect your phone and your computer to the same WiFi network in order to sync local files to your device (USB syncing is for iPod classic/nano/shuffles only). There are full instructions here.
