iPhone 5s:Spotify is not able to connect to internet without wifi

Hi,

I have an iphone 5s with t-mobile. As soon as I turn off wifi, spotify cannot connect to the internet anymore even though other apps work perfectly fine. 

I tried to reinstall spotify and even to reset the phone but nothing is working. 

When searching, it only shows "An error occured" and when browsing for music, it is just not loading. 

On the bottom, the "Connecting..." sign appears but nothing ever changes. 

As soon as I have wifi again, everything is working again.

Anyone able to help?

Hi,

try this:

Settings > General
Scroll down to Restrictions, enter your passcode and select Enable Restrictions
Scroll down to the bottom of this list and click Cellular Data Use, select Don't Allow Changes
