iPhone 7 - iOS 11.1 can’t log in

Hi,

I have just got the new iPhone 7 and installed Spotify, when I get the screen asking to create an account or sign in and I press sign in nothing happens the on screen buttons change slightly to acknowledge that I have pressed it but nothing changes at all.

Can you help ?
