iPhone app keeps freezing/crashing

So I got duped into spending £9.99 on a premium Spotify account (I forgot to cancel my account after the free 30 day trial). I had every intention of cancelling my account as the free trial kept crashing and I thought it was stupid. So anyway, I've paid my tenner so thought I'd re-download the app and get my money's worth. But one song in, and the f**king thing has crashed again. Someone please tell me how to fix it, or I'll start nagging Spotify into giving me my money back. Surely they can't get away with charging someone for an unusable service?!
