iPhone has stopped syncing with Mac

Hey everyone, hope someone can help.

Since I got premium last year everything has always worked perfectly, and any changes I make on my Mac have been reflected in my iPhone when they've found internet, and vice versa. However last night I made a significant number of changes to my playlists on my Mac and for the life of me nothing will change on my iPhone, it's like it's totally ignored all the changes I've made. Is there anyway I can get Spotify to sync my iPhone from fresh with my Mac playlists, or did I do something wrong and now both are independent of eachother? One of the things I loved about Spotify was that playlists would be identical no matter what changes I made on both devices!

Have you tried logging out and back in again on both devices?

This is happeneing to me too, I added an album to "Your Music" but it won't show up on my iPhone. 

I've tried logging out of both devices, restarting but still the same.

I deleted the app and reinstalled and that seemed to do the trick.
